lucky for me I use to work at a metal fab shop (One job i kinda wish I was still at, nice toys!) and used a 175Ton press to do the forming, the shop was great, 2nd shift, cool bosses, and I could pull my car thru a side garage door and be 5ft from the press so I could get a perfect fit.

as for the effects, I had an A/F guage in before the mod, and after I'd say it has gone 1 - 1.5 bar leaner on full throttle, on a 20 bar Autometer gauge. I now get about 2 bars into the green(rich) , I've run it thru light/hard rain and had no problems with getting soaked, I can tell you on a very cold day, 10-15degrees F, the A/F guage NEVER read Rich, so i had to close it off a bit. as far as power increseases I really can't say, I've done so many other things its hard to tell, just can't create ram air on a Dyno, hehe.
